Wow. Have you ever tried to rebuild a house? Daunting. Have you ever tried to do it with two small kiddos? Now things are getting interesting!

Cordelia is Two Months Old!!!

As per the tradition here at Bodgers building Bodgers, the monthly anniversaries of life are celebrated by trips to national monuments. This month Cordelia June Bodger turned 2 months old.

To Celebrate, we headed down to the National Mall (during the folk life festival - stay tuned for later posts on that) and we celebrated with the Washington Monument. This is the same monument Iggy used to celebrate her second month. (are you catching a theme here?!)

The perfect monument picture? I'm not going to say no!

In fact, here is Imogen recreating that fateful day in front of the Washington Monument on a cold January morning, almost 2 years ago.

Here's the whole fam (and dad looking like a total idiot. STRAIGHTEN UP!)

Just the little one with the folks (a little better here dad).

While we were there, the typical hijinx occurred. Iggy not cooperating.

Pretending she was a statute

wanting to push dad in her stroller

actually pushing dad in her stroller,

and then getting dad's chunky butt out of the stoller so she could properly go offroading with the stroller.

Dilly just zonked out in her stroller under the monument. HILARIOUS!

Thanks everyone for checking in. There will be a bunch more posts coming up in this coming week. Stay cool in this heat!
