Garden

This weekend we decided to redo our front garden. We went to the nursery, picked up plants that will hopefully survive more than a season, and Jed went to work planting our bounty. We also decided that we needed a tree and purchased a beautiful cherry tree. When in Rome...

First Date

On Friday night, Jed took Imogen to the National's baseball game. Imogen loved the new sights and even got a picture with the Presidents. All in all, it was a great night for dad and daughter.

I got carried away the other day. I couldn't help myself. It was one of those days when i thought my little girl was the cutest lil human in the world.

Iggy's Five Months Old!!!

This month we enjoyed the cherry blossoms and rang in Iggy's five months of life. While not "technically" a monument, the Cherry Blossoms are a national treasure, as evidenced by the festival held every year and the princesses that come to celebrate the princesses (shout out to Aunt Rachel!).

Mexico

Last week we took our first family vacation, heading down to Mexico, and met up with Jason, Christy, Josh, and Kendra for a some family fun. While it was a short trip, we had a blast hanging out. Imogen was a rock star on both plane rides, handled the change of scenery and schedule like a champ, and enjoyed meeting Aunt Christy, Uncle Jason, her cousins and their friends. It was a great time had by all.
